A week's worth of photos

baby-me-boo by misti alpaca

Oh Misti! The Misti Alpaca is in, albeit a little sparse. Most of the handpainted items I ordered are on backorder, with the stellar exception of the Baby-Me-Boo, 50% Baby Alpaca/30% Merino/20% Bamboo in a worsted thick-and-thin/spun-and-unspun little wonder. The hat I made myself this winter that I now wear everyday is made with this in the “A thousand lakes” colourway seen below…

Also, some Misti Lace in solids…

And the new Interweave Knits is here! (And I do have one last copy of Knitscene that is as-of-now unspoken for, so if you’re secretly in love with the Geodesic Cardigan by Connie Chang Chinchio like everyone else, speak now! – Geodesic Cardigan on Ravelry.com)

And the Yoke Sweaters pattern by Elizabeth Zimmermann appeared last week – a little surprise! I had no idea my book supplier had been able to get it. I also now have the Box the Compass and Secret Stockings patterns from Schoolhouse Press!

And the Eucalan came in! Rinse-free washing for your woolens! Pure genius… 🙂

And a customer named Kerri came in last night with this lovely little jar of buttons handmade by her husband Joel:

How amazing is that?! And delivered in an old-fashioned Mason jar no less!

And another customer, Sherri, has supplied me with the beginnings of what will hopefully be a knitting/crochet/needlework library and archive… There’s some pretty sweet gems in here… Terrific!

That’s all for now – have an outstanding weekend everyone!  Happy Knitting!
