Clandestine!

Clandestine!

Pair number Ten! Clandestine by Cookie A., in the super squishy Tanis Fiber Arts Blue Label Fingering Weight in “Midnight”…

I knew I needed at least one pattern where the left and right socks are mirror images of each other – it means seperate pattern notes for each sock, or in this case, charts. These deceptively simple-looking socks also feature a 14-row repeat, which is basically impossible to memorize. Always up for a challenge! This was my first time working with the TFA and I’m ever so pleased with it. What’s more, I’ve heard excellent things about how it wears – namely, very well, and for very long, probably owing to the 20% nylon content – AND it’s a yarn that is machine washable and dryable. I might be in love… 🙂

In shop news, we’re having a wee bit of a sale! SALE! Really! Select items, including lots of summer yarns, are 10% to 50% off! This sale will be in effect until the end of August, or as supplies last! Come on in and check it out!
