Tuesday Snapshots

Lots of exciting things and new stuff are coming up in the near future (so much so that I think I’m going to add a new “events” page to the website – www.needlesinthehay.ca – ’cause there’s just too many things happening! things you need to know about!). So I’m going to go deal with that; in the meantime, here’s some snapshots from today…

Here’s our sidewalk sign-in-progress (the chalkboard side!):

Now you’ll be able to tell the shop is open from down the street!

In her words, “Well.. they *ARE* yellow…” Why yes they are!

The new Knitscene arrived this morning! Lots of sassy summer patterns, you should really stop by and take a look:

…and you should see the forsythia that lives across the street from Marit. I get this fabulous double dose of yellow on my walk to work every morning.

I think I’m living in the wrong neighbourhood! Or I’ll feel like that until my lilacs come out (not yellow, but still really nice)… 🙂

I actually kind of laugh on my way to work, because it’s a very Bridget-ish walk.Grey sidewalk, and Iof daffodils, forsythia, and dandelions (yike). Ever so grellow.

Another very entertaining blog, my dear! What a talented person you are! Very glad to see that the sign is going to see the side
walk – hope it brings in lots of new knitters!
