Yarn Update – Crazy Holiday Edition

Holiday season = yarn season. Just so much yarn…

First up: some of my favourite yarns from Berroco are all stocked-up with new colourways and some of the classics as well. Ultra Alpaca colourways above; Ultra Alpaca Chunky is below!

Also from Berroco, Vintage Chunky (above), Vintage (below), and Vintage DK (below below!)…

We also received a last-minute shipment from our friends at Indigodragonfly, with some lovely MerGoat Worsted (above) and MerGoat Sock (below)…

And a beautiful rainbow of colourways in Indigodragonfly’s Merino-Silk 4-ply Sock…

(If anyone is still asking you what you want for Christmas, well… now you know what to tell them!)

Freshly restocked Crazy Zauberballs – yarn therapy for the craziest time of year perhaps?

And fresh (and local!) Gobstoppers in DK, Fingering, and Lace weights!

A surprise shipment of Malabrigo Rasta brightened up our weekend, there’s still some left (though probably not for much longer!)

And an armload of wonderful, local, and totally one-of-a-kind **handspun** skeins from Fullin’ Woolens!

Whether you have a knitter on your gifting list, are a knitter on someone else’s list, or just need a holiday season sanity-saving project, we’ve got you covered at Needles in the Hay. 😉

Good Morning from Nebraska. (It’s OK if you need a map to find me.) I read your blog and would love to visit you some day but it may take a while. I always look at those Gobstoppers and really wish I could get my hands on one. I’m interested in the blend with a little nylon that is perfect for socks. Would it be possible to order one (or two) when they are available? Thanks. Julie Wils
