Balayage is Pascuali's latest creation, developed in collaboration with famous designer, Melanie Berg, alias Mairlynd.

The special feature of this yarn is its mottled grey shade, which has been achieved by combining 80 percent white and grey baby alpaca with 20 percent white organic merino wool.  This combination creates a colour gradient with a very natural hand dyed feel, resulting in a harmonious colour palette with limitless possibilities.

Balayage is perfect for shawls and scarves.  It also lends itself beautifully for sweaters and cardigans. Its fine stitch definition is ideal for cables, lace and colourwork such as Fair Isle.

The mixture of delicate baby alpaca and fine merino wool makes Balayage a yarn that is soft and gentle on the skin.  It can be worn by those with the most sensitive skin.

The Balayage pallette has a total of five different colour schemes, each consisting of four individual colours, which were designed according to the principle of colour gradients. If you combine colours from one scheme, a very harmonious colour effect is created; if you combine colours from different schemes, exciting contrasts are the result.

In addition to the 20 standard Balayage colours, we offer one hand-dyed special dyeing per colour group - perfectly matching the individual colours and simply beautiful! Although the hanks are dyed in batches of 1kg, we make every effort to achieve the greatest possible dyeing uniformity.
