Sole is a wonderful blend of fine Pima cotton and fine cashmere, making it an unusual combination of plant and animal fibres not normally found in cotton yarn. The 90 percent Peruvian Pima cotton mixed with 10 percent Mongolian cashmere make Sole beautifully soft. It is a 6 ply yarn with a triple twist, which makes it strong and yet delicate and shiny.
Sole is lovely to work with and has beautiful stitch definition. It works equally well for both textured knitting and plain stockinette stitch, and is also perfect for crocheting.
Sole is an ideal all year round yarn. Perfect for light summer tops as well as warm cardigans and pullovers. It is also an excellent choice for accessories like scarves, shawls and hats. As it is so soft, it is a good alternative for those who find pure wool too scratchy against their sensitive skin.

Care
Knitwear made of Sole is machine washable at a maximum temperature of 86° F (30° C), preferably using a mild wool detergent and choosing a cycle for delicates. Dry flat, best on a terry towel, to keep its shape. Please do not dry it on a heat source or in the blazing sun! If needed, your Sole garment can be ironed at lowest temperature setting.
