    As is tradition at Needles in the Hay, once all the gift knitting is behind us, we kick off our self-care knit along every January and boy do we need it this year. Knitting is when I am most relaxed, the repetitive motions help me to clear my mind and shift focus away from the day’s stressors. And it’s productive!
